The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement Analyze data and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives Provide training and support to staff on quality-related issues Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role Experience in the renewable energy industry is highly desirable Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Fluency in German and English
