You'll work directly with homeowners to share the benefits of clean, renewable energy while gaining the mentorship and training needed to grow into leadership-often within your first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with homeowners to educate them about clean energy solutions
• Schedule appointments for our Solar Specialists to follow up with interested homeowners
• Guide customers through the enrollment process with professionalism and full compliance
• Stay up-to-date on MPower Direct's services and clean energy solutions
• Use industry-leading tools and training to maximize your performance and earnings
• Log daily activity and performance metrics
• Represent the MPower brand with enthusiasm and integrity

Incentives:

• Competitive Pay: Weekly base salary + commissions + performance bonuses
• On-Target Earnings: $50,000-$72,000 annually
