We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Solar Division. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to communicate to each energy client the progress and status of their product repair.

Other duties include: maintaining accurate tracking data using existing reporting tools, develop effective communication methods for each client using their preferred methods. Maintain an electronic and centralized access database indicating progress on outstanding service work orders. Assign and maintain a service technician calendar by coordinating dates and times with clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner/vendors Technical Support groups with regard to outstanding service needs and RMA orders. Support opportunities to obtain fee services such as bird guard, panel cleaning, panel or battery additions and others

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in the solar industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills, including ability to learn new software.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
