About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC /Refrigeration Mobile Specialist, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems at multiple locations.

This job is within the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They provide support, preventive maintenance, problem solving of technical issues and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment/ systems.

This specific role does NOT require Overtime, On-call or Weekends. (You may choose to work either, if workload permits.)
What You'll Do

• Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Fix equipment failures and define the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment. This includes electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, etc.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and address routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
• Work primarily within procedures and practices of CBRE to achieve objectives and meet efficiency expectations.

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. GED, or trade school completion with 3-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver's License and Universal 608 required.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly complicated problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Organized and Methodical with an inquisitive approach.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Not-Bonus Eligible: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HVAC Refrigeration Mobile Specialist position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the HVAC Refrigeration Mobile Specialist position is $77,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
