RemX is hiring a Customer Service Representative- Thermal/Automotive HVAC to join a leading supplier in the automotive industry.

Location: Murfreesboro, TN (100% onsite)

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $25-$26/hr

Type: 9 month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent.

Position Summary:
The Thermal Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding automotive HVAC products and processes. This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to support team members in areas like order tracking, troubleshooting, and product information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely customer service and support to internal teams regarding HVAC components and systems.
  • Assist internal teams with technical questions, product specifications, and troubleshooting guidance for automotive thermal systems.
  • Process and track internal orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
  • Maintain records of internal requests and communications in CRM or internal systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or technical support teams as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding updates, delays, or product changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical background preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in automotive, HVAC, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to team members.
  • Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
