• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.

• A proven track record of managing R&D projects in an engineering environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
