We are seeking a results-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role combines creative vision with operational excellence, overseeing campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels. You will collaborate closely with sales, RevOps, and product marketing teams to align go-to-market efforts and optimize demand generation programs. Accountabilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Own performance across digital channels, field marketing, and partner marketing programs.
• Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Sales.
• Manage marketing operations, systems, and reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Oversee budgets, conduct ROI analysis, and optimize channel performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketers across multiple functions.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
• Experiment with new tactics and continuously improve campaigns to maximize impact.
Requirements
• 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in generating pipeline and driving measurable results, including field-heavy GTM experience.
• Hands-on experience across digital marketing (paid media, SEO, website), events, and marketing operations.
• Ability to lead a small team while also executing programs directly.
• Strong analytical skills and operational discipline to manage campaigns effectively.
• Creative mindset with ability to experiment, iterate, and execute quickly.
• Experience building programs and teams from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional working style.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
