Strong clerical, organization & communication skills and be able to work within a team that would be based in multiple offices globally within Subsea7.

The QA/QC Co-ordinator provides administrative support to the Quality function within the designated area of responsibility.
Strong clerical, organization & communication skills and be able to work within a team that would be based in multiple offices globally within Subsea7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Sakarya Quality intranet site.
- Maintain and update Notification of Inspection register by tracking the status, due dates, and outcomes of NOIs to ensure timely inspections and client notifications.
- Upload Notification of Inspection for client witness activities to client SAP portal. Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded documents and maintain a log of submissions and acknowledgments.
- Liaise directly client QAQC Coordinator on all administrative duties.
- Support Inspection look ahead forecasting.
- Upload Inspection Visit Reports to Sakarya Quality intranet site and Client site.
- Maintain Project Non-Conformity and Inspection Release Note Registers.
- Report monthly performance on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Generate visual dashboards and trend analysis for management reporting.
- Maintain and update the QC inspection cost control report for various work sites.
- Maintain and update the Quality weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide support to Project Quality Engineers on subcontractor management duties.
- Assist Project QA Engineers in drafting and revising project-specific quality documents and work instructions.
What experience would we like you to have?
- BA degree or similar level qualification.
- Experience of data entry and working with databases.
- Prior experience in Document Control will be considered an advantage.
- Experience of working within a busy operational environment at a similar level.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft programs.
- Previous experience in a structured office environment is preferred.
- Wide range of administration skills including being organised and systematic.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage tasks.
- The working environment is predominantly English; strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
