This Position reports to:
Customer support and warehouse team lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure that all warehousing operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ABB's standards. Each day, you will oversee packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching activities, while maintaining accurate ERP records. You will also showcase your expertise by building strong collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with ABB's code of conduct.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Handle customer orders and provide support to both the internal team and customers.
• Assist with order entry and support the sales team during both pre-sales and after-sales stages.
• Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.
• Participating in regular inventory control processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Forklift and other warehouse equipment license/experience
• You are highly skilled in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and ERP systems.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in inventory control, supplier management, and quality assurance in warehousing.
• Highly adept in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or similar systems) and MS Office tools.
• You are passionate about team collaboration, process improvement, and safety culture.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets.

While the base salary is based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, it starts at 1750 EUR.
