Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage distribution center daily operations, supporting inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Drive accountability & ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) priorities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity and improve operational efficiency.
- Coaching & development of Supervisors within an unionized environment, ensuring operational success to meet customers needs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead and coach teams through site daily management
- Manage and mentor teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless distribution processes.
- Execution of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to drive problem solving
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Lead manpower capacity reviews
- Drive operational projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment + minimum of 5 years warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment

- Proven leadership experience in distribution center or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and operational processes.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
