Additional information
Expected compensation for this role is between $125,000 - $170,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.

This role will support a transformative transit infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.
Your role
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Review project documents and liaise with project teams to identify scope components and requirements, including layout of the scope over the work breakdown structure as agreed with project leads and correlates with the budget structure.
- Establish project schedules using known industry software to meet project requirements (Primavera P6, MS Project and/or TILOS).
- Create, arrange, load and assess schedule resources to different schedule levels and adjust/level resources to meet project plans.
- Identify the critical path and near-critical path using CPM scheduling method and reflect the same along with other schedule assumptions on the basis of the schedule.
- Conduct review sessions with project teams and clients in order to obtain the team's buy-in and set schedules as baselines.
- Confer with project and client teams on a regular basis, track time and sequence changes to update the schedule and issue baseline schedule revisions as applicable.
- Support other project management and project controls functions and perform other duties related to planning and scheduling when required by project teams.
About you
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of related experience in planning and scheduling within Engineering projects (experience in complex project types is preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in scheduling software; MS-Project and Primavera P6.
- Certification with AACE, PMI or CMAA is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (proficiency in French is preferred).
