Function Description
As a Crane / Hoisting Operator, you will:
- Operate winches and hoisting frames from control rooms and topside.
- Handle various davits and support deck operations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and briefings.
- Manage work permits and perform risk assessments.
- Follow Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) instructions.
- Maintenance and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of offshore heavy lift with 1000 tons experience.
- Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator certificate or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems.
- Experience with mooring operations and lifting plans is a plus.
- Mandatory offshore certifications completed.
