In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinates projects for ultrasonics, vibration or laser welding
• Involved in negotiation of the initial scope of the project, change orders, terms and conditions and all additions or expansions to the project with Customer.
• Lead internal and external communication meetings to ensure alignment
• Develop and own the Project Plan that includes schedules, turning points, procurement strategy, execution strategy, financial targets, resources, communications and considerations of risks.
• Interface and continuously connect with the Customer throughout the life of the project to provide updates, milestones, and progress.
• Project Manager is aware and intervenes in any issues that can impact lead times, shipment and margin
• Responsible for proper project close-out

You are technically literate, capable of understanding complex technical details. You demonstrate high emotional intelligence and subtlety. Your strength lies in developing and maintaining relationships, as well as influencing and motivating others. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer and manufacturing locations is important.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical degree in Engineering or related field, "Master of Science or equivalent experience"
• 3 years of direct Project Management experience or demonstrated ability in Order Engineering, Customer, or Engineering roles.
• Fluent English
