Job Description - Program Manager (Fiber Cabling & Data Center Infrastructure)Location: USA Remote with travel 50% Salary 160K plus bonus etc About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with deep expertise in cabling, structured infrastructure, and hyperscale data centers to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale programs across multiple U.S. sites. This role requires proven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure builds for hyperscale data center operators, cloud providers, or large enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end program management for structured cabling systems within hyperscale data center projects.Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with client requirements, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate across design, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk registers, and progress reports for executive stakeholders.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients (cloud & colocation providers).Manage subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams to ensure quality and compliance with program objectives.Interface with client executives, program sponsors, and internal leadership to drive transparency and accountability.Technical OversightEnsure designs and deployments adhere to industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC) and hyperscaler specifications.Oversee testing, commissioning, and quality assurance for low-voltage cabling installations.Support capacity planning and change management across multi-site deployments.Commercial & Financial ManagementManage program budgets (ranging $10M-$ 25M+ depending on scope).Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.Track financial performance and report on key metrics including cost, margin, and resource utilization.Leadership & CultureBuild, mentor, and manage high-performing program and project delivery teams.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project sites.Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ambiguity and scale are constant.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale infrastructure, with at least 5+ years focused on cabling in data center environments.Direct experience with hyperscale operators (Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) is highly preferred.Proven track record delivering Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across engineering, commercial, and executive teams.
