Job Description: Lean Manager - CORK Location: Ireland, CORK Start Date: 28 August 2025 Pay Rate: €75,000 per annum Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Manager to join our team in CORK, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of implementing lean principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize processes and reduce waste in renewable energy projects Lead cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and achieve operational efficiency goals Provide training and support to employees at all levels on lean principles and tools Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for lean manufacturing in the renewable energy sector Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean management, preferably in the renewable energy industry Proven track record of successfully implementing lean principles and driving continuous improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
