JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess project needs and gather all required specifications for accurate quoting.
• Manage and submit RFQs and bid packages in compliance with guidelines.
• Develop competitive, precise quotes aligned with pricing structures and market conditions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align on customer requirements.
• Maintain records of proposals, quotes, and project documentation.

Job Duties

• Enter and track opportunities in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Communicate with customers to clarify details, answer inquiries, and provide proposal updates.
• Monitor proposal success rates and collect customer feedback for improvement.
• Identify process improvements in proposal development and contribute to efficiency gains.
• Support the sales team in meeting project timelines and customer expectations.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in proposal development, quoting, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM system experience a plus.
