Job Description Summary

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/repair parts in support of engine and module overhaul operations across the global CFM / LEAP network. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, warehouse logistics & shipping, and managing network escalations. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives in line with business expectations. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

*** REMOTE work arrangement available for someone located in the US eastern time zone.

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting global network Clear to Launch rates needed to support business expectations.
  • Responsible for the daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair and Accessory shops. Work closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers and overhaul shops in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer. Review business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.


Minimum Requirements :
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required, and 5+ years of MRO and/or fulfillment experience.


Desired Characteristics :
  • Ability to support broad time zones for global support.
  • Comfortable in stressful situations.
