Role Overview
The Customer Order Management Coordinator is responsible for managing transactions for replacement or repair parts and equipment, which includes overseeing material management and warehouse logistics and shipping.

Role Overview
The Customer Order Management Coordinator is responsible for managing transactions for replacement or repair parts and equipment, which includes overseeing material management and warehouse logistics and shipping.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate order management, process order intake, and input into internal systems.
- Connect to customer portals/systems and support sales, forecasting, billing, and collection activities as needed.
- Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries and the complaint/issue resolution process.
- Work with Operations to understand and communicate commitments and statuses to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, communications, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and contribute to team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Order Management and/or Fulfillment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with order management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
