Provide expert technical assistance through our Customer Care Center, addressing client inquiries on reservoir simulation and reservoir engineering activities with clarity and efficiency. Deliver high-quality training through our NExT public training programs, empowering users to master our software technologies and improve their workflow capabilities. Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process. Assist as required with the development of technical job designs for PLs. Assist with identifying areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied. Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise. Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise. Participate in external technical societies and communities. Contribute, write and review technical publications. Bachelor's or master's degree in petroleum engineering. 0-3 Years as a Reservoir Simulation Engineer. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Willingness to travel as required for on-site support and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Experience in training delivery is a plus. Experience with Python programming language, Artificial and Machine Learning technology is a plus. Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States of America.
