Requirements

• Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in vessel design, preferably in offshore or specialized work vessels.
• Willing to commute to work at least 4 days a week.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
