Proposed assignments:

Data identification and documentation:

• Preparation, coordination and follow-up of a calendar of meetings with a wide range of data domain owners, data owners/stewards and data product owners from potentially any business function, from people & culture to procurement, engineering, cost control, legal, etc...,
• Assessment of business processes, digital initiatives and standard practices to identify key data,
• Contribution to the registering, description and qualification of reference data, master data and transactional data,
• Ensure the alignment of data owners on shared definitions, ownership, data quality control responsibility
• Ensure the follow-up of work progress KPIs and periodic reporting to the stakeholders.

Data governance development:

• Propose ways to align the most critical digital initiatives on effective data governance practices,
• Follow up the development of an enterprise conceptual data model, making sure that the data objects are clearly defined, documented and governed.

Diverse:

• Propose and experiment AI-based solutions to support the documentation and management of business concepts and data objects.
• Propose, develop and organize corporate communication initiatives to promote data cataloging practices and effective data governance practices.

Required profile:

• You have at least a Bac+5 in Data management/Data governance/Business analysis and you wish to continue in this field.
• Mastery of the office pack is imperative.
• A good level of English is mandatory.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are responsive, autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
• With a very strong team spirit and a performance and results orientation, you are structured and organized.
• You have excellent listening, analysis and synthetization skills.
