Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and remedial work plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD). Craft Certification or related experience in mechanical, technical or similar field Strong mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to work in a team environment Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
