Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• I nvolve and proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of platform services within your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.

• Involve and proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of platform services within your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.

• Reviews requirements and specifications and identifies those that require action within their scope of responsibility.

• Adapts to IS systems and technology to reflect changes in their own function.

• Identifies, consolidates, and reports any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.

Qualifications for the role

• Highly skilled in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Total experience 8-10years.

• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or GitHub Actions and AI use cases .

• Strong proficiency with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with configuration management.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
