What will you be doing?

Responsabilidades:

- Analisar, revisar e acompanhar contratos com fornecedores ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida (elaboração, negociação, execução e encerramento);
- Garantir que os termos contratuais estejam alinhados às políticas internas, exigências legais e objetivos do negócio;
- Realizar avaliações de risco e interpretar cláusulas contratuais, especialmente relacionadas à responsabilidade civil e indenizações;
- Apoiar o time de SCM em estratégias de negociação e estruturação contratual;
- Atuar como ponte entre as áreas jurídica, de compras e operações, assegurando alinhamento e execução dos contratos;
- Aplicar e orientar sobre o sistema jurídico Knock-for-Knock, especialmente em contratos regidos por legislação inglesa;
- Manter registros atualizados e organizados de todos os contratos e suas alterações;
- Monitorar o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais por parte dos fornecedores.

What experience would we like you to have?

Requisitos:

- Formação superior em Direito;
- Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em empresas, com atuação direta na gestão de contratos;
- Conhecimento e vivência com o sistema jurídico Knock-for-Knock será considerado um diferencial importante;
- Experiência prévia nos setores de óleo e gás ou energia será valorizada, mas não é obrigatória;
- Habilidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, com perfil analítico e atenção a detalhes;
- Inglês avançado.
