Join our Team and advance your career as a Senior Delivery Manager

Join bp's Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S) Technology team to deliver digital products and lead transformation for fuel supply and midstream platforms.

As Delivery Manager, you'll turn strategy into action-leading product and platform delivery, managing priorities, and ensuring solutions meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs and enable impactful digital solutions.

This role focuses on Midstream digitization, including requirements analysis, feature development, and delivering products that solve complex challenges across bp's refined products supply chain.

In this role You will:

Lead technology delivery and operational management for digital platforms supporting supply and trading integration across Europe. Drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable data-driven decisions.

• Technology Delivery: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensure platform stability, and act as technical advisor on major digital initiatives.
• Operational Integrity: Ensure stability, reliability and performance of digital assets and maintain compliance with architectural, security, and regulatory standards.
• Data & Performance: Monitor digital assets health, optimize operations, and provide transparency of metrics.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality against SLAs.
• Financial Oversight: Support budget planning, cost control, and accurate reporting for resource optimization.

What You will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology / science or mathematics
• 6+ years in delivery management
• Experience in leading incident response, root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures
• Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile practices
• Strong ITIL experience or knowledge
• Skilled in product operations and metrics, familiarity with tools and practices for real-time monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing systems
• Business problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English
