Corporate decision-making fluency - especially understanding how Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) think about capital allocation, risk, and scale. Speaks the language of these decision-makers (not sales/marketing teams) and use this understanding to develop plans and proposals that will appeal to these decision makers.
">Required:
Bachelor's degree. A degree with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience corporate investment strategy, industrial supply chain development, strategic consulting or market analysis is a strong plus.

Engage directly with manufacturers and tech companies to gather market intelligence through exploratory interviews and ideation sessions to:
Extract decision criteria from firms
Understand their investment logic, risk appetite, and priorities
Surface barriers, ideas, and latent opportunities
Conduct C suite-level conversations with manufacturers of building equipment, systems, and appliance, with a focus on building decarbonization solutions (e.g. heat pumps and appliances, envelope solutions, ventilation systems).
Understand variations in decision-making across company size/type (e.g. established heat pump manufacturer vs. a startup)
Elicit actionable feedback on CLIENT's value proposition
">Strategic Influence and Communication:
Build a compelling case for supply chain action using both logic and vision and help make CLIENT initiatives credible and compelling to business leaders
Convince firms to:
Invest in new products that simplify building decarbonization and reduce its cost
Build new facilities or scale manufacturing capacity
Improve or standardize delivery models (e.g. installation pricing, labor networks)
Ensure messaging is tailored to decision-makers' real concerns
