Position Overview
RSMC Services is seeking a highly driven Offshore Commission-Only Recruiter to source,
engage, and place top dental professionals for clients across the US. This role is 100%
commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on successful placements. The
ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented recruiter with strong sourcing and sales
skills, capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position requires excellent
communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills to ensure
successful hires and maximize earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various job openings.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed hiring targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Track recruitment activities and provide regular progress reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Onshore Recruiter Manager
1. Placement & Hiring Performance
o Successfully place dental professionals per month (Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants,
Front Office Staff).
o Maintain a standard submission-to-placement ratio, ensuring quality over quantity.
o Ensure that placed candidates remain in their roles beyond 90 days to maximize
retention and repeat business.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
o Source and submit qualified candidates per month to the onshore hiring team.
o Maintain an active pipeline of pre-screened candidates to meet ongoing staffing
needs.
o Ensure that that submitted candidates pass credential verification and initial
interviews.
3. Speed & Efficiency
o Reduce time-to-submit candidates to under 48 hours from initial contact.
o Maintain an average response time of under 2 hours for candidate follow-ups and
client inquiries.
o Ensure 100% data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) when
submitting candidates.
4. Revenue & Earnings Contribution
o Generate commissionable revenue per month through successful placements.
o Close high-value placements per quarter (e.g., Dentists or specialized roles with
higher commission rates).
o Achieve commission payout eligibility ensuring sustained earnings through quality
hires.
5. Candidate & Client Experience
o Minimize candidate drop-off rates through effective follow-up and engagement
strategies.
6. Business Development & Referral Generation
o Generate at least 3-5 candidate referrals per month through networking and
relationship-building.
o Expand candidate sourcing strategies by identifying new talent pools per quarter.
o Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and cold outreach to increase candidate
engagement.

Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-
volume staffing.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to sell job opportunities, negotiate
compensation, and close placements.
• Candidate Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source passive and active candidates
using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Knowledge: Experience managing the entire recruitment
process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Performance-Driven Mentality: Ability to work independently, hit aggressive
placement targets, and maximize commission earnings.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM
tools, and online recruitment platforms.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent English skills to engage with
candidates and coordinate with onshore hiring teams.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to submit 40-50 qualified candidates per week and place
5-10 hires per month.
• Results-Oriented: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals in a
commission-driven environment.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adjust sourcing strategies to meet evolving
client needs and market conditions.
