Kroll Construction isn't your average home improvement company-we've been dominating the market for decades in roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and luxury kitchen & bath remodels. Now, we're on the hunt for a Call Center / Lead Generation Manager who's ready to take our inside sales and marketing machine and push it into overdrive.
🔥 What You'll Do:

• Own it. Take charge of all lead generation-call center and canvass team included.
• Drive performance. Build and execute strategies that bring in high-quality leads day after day.
• Train Rockstars. Create top-performing scripts, training, and metrics that convert.
• Fuel sales. Work hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing departments to fill the pipeline with qualified appointments.
• Track results like a hawk. Monitor KPIs, performance reports, and keep raising the bar.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• A proven closer when it comes to call center management, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• A marketing-minded leader who's creative, data-driven, and relentless about results.
• Someone who can motivate, coach, and build a team of winners.
• Organized, fearless communicator who thrives on accountability.
• Experience in home improvement is a bonus-but not a deal breaker.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 with Bonuses and Incentives to start - the sky's the limit!
