This is a full-time, direct placement role at The Lee Thompson Co.

The Commercial HVAC Sales Representative develops commercial service sales to clients using both internal and self-generated leads. He or she works with the clients to determine their needs and wants, and provides the related options, assisting them in making buying decisions.

Duties:

• Increase revenue by generating new customers by using proper sales techniques, problem solving skills, and account management
• Develop estimates for service agreements sold as this will become the budget for the job
• Follow-up on all leads, proposals, and potential sales until closed or lost
• Track lost sales
• Update the CRM system for each interaction

Requirements

• Must have a good working knowledge of commercial HVAC
• Be computer literate to the extent necessary to fufill this function
• Familiar with Outlook
• High school graduate, GED, or Vocational/Tech graduate
• Sales and customer service training
• Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC maintenance sales
