We are seeking a Solar System Designer to plan, design, and oversee high-quality solar energy projects from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure each project is executed efficiently and meets stringent quality standards. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle data entry and reporting, and use independent judgment to solve challenges and drive project success. This position offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for skill growth and meaningful impact on renewable energy initiatives. Full-time training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a career in solar design.
Accountabilities
• Design customized solar panel systems tailored to customer needs.
• Manage multiple projects through all phases, ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee CAD processes and review project documentation for accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between field technicians, management, government bodies, and customers.
• Perform data entry, generate reports for the sales team, and proactively address inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment production to maintain product integrity and consistently meet deadlines.
• Contribute to driving sales and profitability through efficient project execution.
Requirements
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage several projects with minimal direction.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player.
• Must own a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and commitment to project success.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and eager to collaborate across teams.
