We are currently seeking Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable, to join our Finance & Accounts team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:
- Generating revenue invoices / credit notes as per the details provided and dispatching/sending the same to end customer
- Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoices
- Coordinating with both Business Stakeholders and Customers for seamless delivery of tasks
- Invoice Query Resolutions related to Billing Rates, Purchase Orders, Service Agreements, etc.
- Overdue Cash Collection
- Incoming Cash Application on Open Invoices
- Sales Contract Management & Order Creation (limited scope)
- Accounts Receivable month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Performing account reconciliation (TDS/GST/Debtors), overdue analysis, and cash reporting
- Manage accrual (calculation and booking)
- Process Intercompany transactions
- Audit support and balance confirmations
- Account adjustment and offset entries
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the jobholder may be asked from time to time to assist with other activities within GBS
About you:
- 4-5 year of accounts receivable experience with an International BPO / KPO
- Bachelors in Accounting / Commerce
- Experience in shared service environment is desirable
Key Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and accounting concepts
