b. Specific Initial Shift: 7AM - 6PM
c. Wage Rate: $40.70
d. Specific workweek schedule: 4 - 10's (after training)

POSITION IS IN A UNION SHOP AND SUBJECT TO THE CBA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This job description is indicative of the work required for the position, but not all inclusive of the work required to perform the duties oof the position.

Essential/Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional competence at distribution center
• Perform all duties as required to support the mission and contractual requirements.
• Requisition, receive, issue, inventory, and account for fuel in accordance with, AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, FMs 10-18, 10-69 and DOD 4140.25-M.
• Use DA Form 3643 for each day of manual issues and return the form so the transactions can be recorded.
• Provide guidance for allocation of fuel and/or oil in the event an interruption of supply occurs.
• Perform all applicable tasks listed in the plan in the event of an emergency.
• Ensure fuel spills do not occur and maintain all required fuel spill kits in working order.
• Maintain all safety and fire equipment required.
• Coordinate and support all inspections of fuel facilities.
• Provide fuel sampling as required by the EPA and other regulatory agencies.
• Operates fuel handling equipment which may include wheel loaders, track driven dozers and various machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Wear safety items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g., gloves, safety shoes, protective eyewear, hearing protection, and other items such as aprons or outerwear as appropriate.
• Keep work areas clean to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform safety tasks daily.
• Follow proper event notification and communication protocols to management.
• Attend morning, monthly and quarterly meetings.
• Attend training, implement, and pursue personal development goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
• A valid DOT class "A" State Driver's License with endorsements of Tanker, Hazardous, and TSA background check.
• Maintain a valid state-issued Driver's license and applicable Government/Army license.
• Experience in petroleum supply field
• HS Diploma or GED
• Comply with company Drug and Alcohol policy and testing

Preferred:
• Associate degree
• Two years of experience in petroleum supply field

Skills; Administrative:
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Writes performance evaluation comments and reports when placed in a control/assignment directive role.

Mental Requisites:
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Will be required, on an as needed basis, to assist or perform functions in alternate areas of the project.

Unique Qualifications:
• Must be a United States citizen or be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Factors
Physical Demands:
• Must work a rotating 10-hour shift with overtime and occasional call-ins.
• Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling loads up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, bend, squat, and reach as required to work on equipment.
• Must be free of medical restrictions/limitations that prevent the performance of required duties and/or prevent the wearing and utilization or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be physically capable of performing the work in conditions of extreme temperatures, low humidity, rain, blowing sand, and dust.
• Employee shall utilize all proper lifting procedures and practices associated with all lifting and material handling tasks that are assigned and associated with this job description.
• May be required to work uncommon hours of duty, extended hours of duty, extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
