Job Description

The Payroll Process Owners provide strategic direction & program oversight for initiatives in their respective process. They facilitate identification and implementation of transformation initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Standardizes, defines, and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete.
  • Process mapping, process monitoring and process improvement.
  • Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective.
  • Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative Prioritization.
  • Collaborates with the improvement teams to digitally enable the process and drive improvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
  • Monitor user compliance.
  • Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users.

Qualifications:
  • Has experience working in payroll outsource companies.
  • Has experience managing a medium to large sized team that delivers payroll services for multiple clients or countries.
  • Owns knowledge of multiple countries payroll, any experience beyond SEA countries is a big plus.
