Responsibilities
- Provide support for pre- and post-contractual administration and management.
- Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities and contract estimating processes.
- Own and influence budgets and operating plans within the operational area.
- Manage relationships and communications between internal organizations and customers for assigned external MROs in the Europe region.
- Lead GE Customer Teams for assigned external MROs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Drive growth of assigned external MRO sales and profit across new material, used, and repair channels.
- Obtain external MRO data and insights to support GE forecasting and planning.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Develop expertise in contract management and provide thought leadership within the function.
- Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve processes and services.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field is required. Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Experience in contract management, project management, or a related field and proven track record of managing complex contracts and driving profitability in a senior-level role.
- Experience working in the aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering industries is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, risk modeling, and estimating processes.
- High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen.
- Ability to manage complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence peers and external partners.
