JOB DESCRIPTION

As Project Analyst I, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:

• Perform the contract document review (CRV) process, ensuring that all technical and contractual requirements are identified and cascaded to the project team;
• Originate and guarantee the client's approval of the scope of the project: Composition Drawings and the Composition Overview;
• Conduct the Change Management process for ongoing projects;
• Check and approve Project documents, such as: Project Pipe Chart, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), MRK (Mark Diagram), IDM, PINs (Part Identification Number);
• Monitor and evaluate production deviations and non-conformities, supporting the parties involved so that the pending issues are resolved in the best possible way;
• Perform other activities related to such position that will be discussed during interview

Requirements:

• Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, Technician degree or related areas;
• Office Package (with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets);
• Desirable notions of Visio
• Desirable advanced English skills
