Location - Leeds (Hybrid - 2 days a week)

Salary - £29,173 - £37,860 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression

npower Business Solutions (nBS) is the E.ON UK Industrial and Commercial (I&C) pillar and a market leader in the B2B energy retail sector. Here's what you will be doing

In this role, you will report on and analyse the performance of specific processes and investigate any failures to recommend improvements. By ensuring the effective delivery of team targets, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency.

Working closely with various stakeholders across the business, you will have the chance to showcase your proactive approach and excellent prioritization skills.

Key responsibilities of the role
  • Investigate and resolve a wide range of complex issues or customer queries, liaising with other parties as necessary, to provide an appropriate, acceptable resolution for the customer and take action to eliminate any future reoccurrence of the issue.
  • Participate in process change and implementation, identify opportunities for process improvement, conduct testing and produce and maintain process documentation to ensure department processes are efficient and consistent with business and industry requirements.
  • Provide expertise to function on a range of end-to-end processes to raise awareness within teams and ensure tasks are appropriately handled, right first time.
  • Provide scheduled feedback on workload prioritisation to team management, monitor progress and provide scheduled updates.


What we need from you

  • Ability to produce accurate bespoke ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ability to deliver the highest quality of service to the customer ensuring all data is accurate.
  • IT literate and numerate.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customers by telephone, face to face and business presentations.
  • Ability to investigate complex information and propose possible solutions.

It would be great if you have
  • Knowledge of end-to-end procedures and working practices.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the products and services and an understanding of the Energy industry.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of competitors.
