Currently an exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a Quantum Project Delivery Lead to join our team in Budapest/Szeged.
In this role you will lead project delivery for global procurement transformation programs, whilst using Agile Project methodology to deliver faster & sustainable outcomes meeting business expectations & deliver agreed benefits.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work as Scrum Master for one or more scrum team within a program.
- Lead the Agile ceremonies to ensure the required progress of the project, whilst providing regular updates about the work done within the squads to the LT.
- Help the Scrum team identify and implement suitable agile practices within the framework.
- Apply best in class project management and agile methodology to drive successful delivery.
- Ensure all project management deliverables are in place and managed (e.g. charter, plan, financials, governance, progress updates, risk register, change log, action plan) within the agreed project framework (e.g. ADO etc.)
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Facilitate scrum events, act as team coach by providing guidance and education where needed.
- Collaborate with product owner and development team for effective backlog refinement and prioritization to deliver value faster.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives across key areas, including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Ensure appropriate governance, stakeholder engagement and communication are in place and managed appropriately to ensure project success.
- Ensure all delivery is aligned with Agile concepts and the agreed Agile delivery mechanisms and methodology in place for the projects.
- Drive delivery of project on-time, within budget and to agreed quality ensuring goals for customer satisfaction, safety is met.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensure cross-team coordination by facilitating program level scrum of scrum.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team to see progress.
Essential Experience & Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience with specific experience in procurement, supply chain, source to pay and/or ERP/business/digital transformation.
- Strong experience around managing global procurement programs with SAP procurement solutions and digital solutions in a global role.
- Experience successfully managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong experience in project management, technology (Agile, Salesforce, SAP Procurement, S/4 Hana) and domain (procurement, purchase to pay).
- Practical experience applying project management methodology to deliver projects successfully and sprint planning.
- Experience delivering in a diverse, multi-cultural environment with project delivery teams and stakeholder located across different countries.
- Highly organized and self-motivating, with a strong attention to detail.
- Person with strong program coordination, administration abilities, problem-solving skills, solid communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Scrum Master from SAP or Salesforce background will be preferred.
- Industry certifications around project management (ICP Agile, PMP), technology SAP (MM, Ariba) and domain (CSCP, CPIM etc.) Should have experience in transformational digital change across multi-disciplined global teams.
