This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable master production schedule. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time-phased production plan. You will also demonstrate your expertise by establishing key performance indicators to measure master schedule accuracy.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Line in Nogales

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional managers to maintain accurate forecasts through timely feedback.
• Prepare master schedule reports that reflect performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.
• Identify current demand levels and develop tactical production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule supply based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience in data analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree completed (required)
