As a Residential Solar Inspection Asset Analyst, you are a member of one of IGS's fast-paced emerging businesses, responsible for running the business day to day. This role entails using technical photovoltaic knowledge to grow and support relationships with IGS business partners and position IGS Solar to scale the business quickly and efficiently.

Salary Range:
$54,420.00 - $87,070.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.

As a Residential Solar Inspection Asset Analyst, you are a member of one of IGS's fast-paced emerging businesses, responsible for running the business day to day. This role entails using technical photovoltaic knowledge to grow and support relationships with IGS business partners and position IGS Solar to scale the business quickly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, process, and review Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections done by contractors of newly built IGS projects
- Ability to create and modify user guides, job aids and documentation for training purposes
- Ability to review and audit completed work for accuracy, make corrections when necessary, and timely report status to management
- Build relationships and provide meaningful feedback to EPC partners.
- Ensure EPC partners are developing solar installations that meet both National Electric Code and IGS quality standards.
- hAssist EPC partners with education and training on IGS standards for solar installations.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, lookups, Nested If-Then statements, Boolean logic, etc.)
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to process and technology changes
- Willingness to learn and develop new tools and better ways of doing business.
- Ability to master a variety web-based applications and tools used to manage the business
- Exceptional organizational skills, basic document management skills, technologically savvy, acute attention to detail, and most importantly a passion for the rigor required launching a new business
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, results oriented
- Able to adapt, grow and thrive in periods of uncertainty in an ever-changing work environment
- Technical understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC)
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Business Administration, Construction Management, Solar Operations, Electrical Engineering, or other applicable experience
- 1-3 years' experience in the solar industry (installation, quality assurance, or field services)
- NABCEP professional certification a plus
- Advanced skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SarePoint)
