YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Data Analyst

  • Translate business needs into intuitive data models and clear functional flows.
  • Engage with colleagues through collaborative workshops to analyse and improve business processes.
  • Work closely with data owners, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure data quality and shared understanding.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data models, business rules, and analytical processes.
  • Explore, validate, and interpret data using SQL queries.
  • Design insightful and user‑friendly dashboards in Power BI to support decision‑making.
  • Communicate findings in a clear and accessible way to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc analyses and support functional testing, ensuring reliable outcomes.
  • Collaborate within a supportive and multicultural B2B data team (composed of 2 Data analyst & 1 Reporting collaborator) and report to the Teamlead / Product owner B2B


YOUR PROFILE as Data analyst

  • Experience in functional analysis and data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data and ability to design clear and meaningful Power BI visualisations and reports.
  • Understanding of data platforms, data governance principles, and how data flows across systems.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, contributing to refinement sessions, testing activities, and iterative delivery.
  • Clear communication skills and empathy to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical data team.
  • A collaborative, open, and team‑oriented mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and build strong working relationships.
  • Curiosity and a continuous‑learning mindset, with a genuine interest in evolving data and analytics capabilities.
  • Fluency in English
