This Position reports to:
HR Front Office Lead

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the HR Front Office team in Brno as administrative support in HR. You don't need prior experience in human resources-what matters to us is proficiency in MS Excel and an intermediate level of English. This position is also suitable for students or parents on parental leave.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with HR administrative tasks
• Archiving and scanning HR documentation
• Updating local manuals
• Assisting with HR projects

Qualifications for the Role:

• Secondary school education
• Intermediate English skills (mainly email communication)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel - working with data, pivot tables, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
