Your role and responsibilities
Supports the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Mentors and coaches teams to optimize outcomes and realize operational excellence. Deploys and leads projects to improve and sustain local business performance
The work model for the role is: Li-Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
This role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.

Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Process Improvement and Analysis: Analyze Finance Operations KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, leading projects with a quality mindset from concept to delivery, and facilitating Kaizen workshops for implementation.
- Collaboration and Execution: Work closely with finance delivery teams and collaborate with functions like HR and IS to guide process improvement execution through Lean, analytics, or automation.
- Designing and facilitating significant process improvements with respect to Quality, delivery, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.
- Standardization and Transformation: Deliver standardization and process streamlining projects while leading or supporting transition and transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Training and Development: Conduct Lean Six Sigma and quality training sessions across finance functions (P2P, O2C, R2R) while mentoring Yellow Belt projects and endorsing participation in quality initiatives.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Overall, 7 - 8 years or above experience which should include the next two predominantly
- In depth process knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) or Record to Report (R2R)
- Operational Excellence / Quality /Six Sigma/Agile roles
- Ability to guide Six Sigma Projects with a solid understanding of Six Sigma, Minitab, and Lean tools
