Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Angola in Luanda!

As theTelecom & IT Project Manager Assistant, you will be part of the Telecom & Infrastructure Projects Team within the IT division of TotalEnergies Angola. The Affiliate is a major contributor of the Angolan Oil & Gas production with actual 2 deep offshore assets (Block 17 and Block 32) and soon with a 3rd asset, Block 20. This team contributes to guarantee the actual and future activity of the Affiliate's goals by executing different projects within Telecom and IT Infrastructures disciplines. Your perimeter will be all around the project activity lead by a Project Manager. You will assist all the project managers within the Telecom and Infrastructure Projects team.

The main tasks will be as follows:
- To understand and apply the TotalEnergies IT project management methodology (to be learn during the affectation)
- To assist all project managers during all project phases
- To participate in the CFTs and RFQs technical evaluations
- To create, review, update and archive all technical documentation as for example but not fully extensive: scope of works, bill of materials, survey reports, internal technical IT equipment request, etc.
- To ensure the project plan.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:
- Engineering degree / Master's degree in Information Technologies
- Telecom disciplines would be greatly appreciated

Technical skills :
- Knowledge and experience on industrial Telecom disciplines (PAGA, RADAR, IDS, Satellite communication, Meteo systems, PMR, UHF/VHF radio Network infrastructure (wireless, fiber optic, LAN, WAN), Network security, CCTV)
- Knowledge on IT infrastructure disciplines (data storage, servers, DBMS, backup solutions, virtualization)
- Project management basics
- A first experience in the sector of energy is a plus

Computing skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Powerpoint dynamic presentations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar tool
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar tool

Languages:
- English: level C1
- French: level B2/C1
- Portuguese is a plus
