Job Description Summary
Bill of Characteristics is one of the three Level 1 Hoshin Kanri (HK) initiatives across GE Aerospace. This role is an opportunity to influence strategic planning and new process creation that will change the way GE Aerospace operates across our supply chain moving forward. This shift will have the intended business outcome of reducing quality escapes across GE Aerospace, positively improving on-time delivery output, supplier partnerships and customer satisfaction.
In this role you will support Daily Management, own and run the BoC WOR and support the BoC MOR and HK reviews. You will own the BoC Action Plan and be accountable for the execution of that plan. This effort will include coordinated across all GE Aerospace Engine programs and several shops to ensure funding is in place to support the BoC initiative. You will own and manage 12+ purchase service resources and be responsible for their direction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years quality, manufacturing, engineering, project or supply chain experience)

- Experience working in FLIGHT DECK
