Responsibilities
- Commission and start up new HVAC systems in residential construction.
- Verify system performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform diagnostic testing to confirm proper operation of HVAC equipment.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and superintendents regarding system performance and scheduling.
- Document all commissioning activities and provide accurate reports.
- Assist with warranty work and emergency service calls when needed.
- Support the training and development of new HVAC technicians in the field.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in new construction residential HVAC preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual abilities a plus.
- Must pass all safety training, background check, and drug testing requirements.
- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds.
- Willingness to travel to required job sites.
