In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensuring correctness of payment transactions for upload, resolution of discrepancies and upload
• Co-ordination with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FEMA regulation for Payment and Receivable related transactions
• Overall FEMA tracking for EPMI legacy entity
• Driving compliance of FEMA at entity and EPMI BU level along with bankers and other stakeholders
• Preparation of data and report for discussion with WA and Regulatory
• Setting up routine process for timely clearance of FEMA payables and receivables
• Other Support for Statutory / Group Audit
• Support in monthly closing activities
• Support on various ad hoc reviews and report in India/ WA

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Inter CA with 3-4 years' experience in handling FEMA matters,
• Experience in handling audit related activities co-ordination, resolution of queries and month end closing.
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
• Ability to work in highly demanding matrix organization with complex process, systems and tools.
• Ability to think creatively, self-driven, and self-motivated.
• Candidate must have good analytical skills, demonstrate solid accounting ability, be detail-oriented, work effectively in a global team environment concisely with all levels of management.
• Strong & Effective communication Skills
• Organisation skill to handle large volume of data
• Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
• Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity including external stakeholders (Customers / Banks)
• High standards of accuracy and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• 3-4 years work experience in handling FEMA matters
• Understanding of ERP (Oracle) and MS Office software like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
