A dynamic and growing organization in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Crewing Officer to support offshore and onshore high-voltage operations. This role involves coordinating crew logistics and documentation for technical teams working on energy infrastructure projects.

Function description

The Crewing Officer will play a key role in managing crew planning across multiple active projects. This includes organizing flight schedules, maintaining crew rosters, and ensuring all documentation for field personnel is up to date and compliant with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and scheduling crews for assigned projects
• Coordinating travel arrangements and managing flight changes or delays
• Handling crew documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responding to disruptions such as crew sickness and adjusting rosters efficiently
• Keeping the crew management system updated at all times
• Communicating crew changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Minimizing operational costs while maintaining service continuity

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, or crew coordination is preferred
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in the renewable energy, offshore, or maritime sectors is a plus
• The ideal candidate must live within commuting distance of Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work/residency permit
