Coordinating with MTA support center to deliver excellence in scheduling, reporting, quoting and project management for the geographic area. Additionally, helping with customer's technical problems/troubleshooting, and supporting technicians.

EssentialJobFunctions
- Direct Sales & Service
- Regional Manager is a working position as are all management positions at MTA
- Personal sales to the Midwestern Region's markets with sales goal defined for each budget year
- Management/Leadership
- Motivate, develop and manage the sales and service team to meet and exceed established sales and service targets.
- Lead the team in embracing MTA's policies, compliance standards and service excellence
- Hire, coach and develop staff including performance reviews
- Manage Sales Representatives
- Manage Service Technicians for the market area
- Profits
- Drive results and manage to financial metrics to meet gross margin and EBITDA goals
- Customer Service
- Coordinate with MTA's support center to deliver excellence in scheduling, reporting, quoting and project management for the geographic area.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with end users and customers.
- Service MTA accounts for testing and certification of medical gas systems.
- Drive Medical Gas Pipeline and Source equipment and parts sales to new construction facilities and contractors.
- Maintain, repair and install medical gas pipeline systems.
- Maintain air compressors and vacuum pumps.
- Provide Environmental monitoring services
- Corporate
- Maintain, reinforce and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Utilize NetSuite and CRM for sales tracking and reporting
- Respond to requests in a timely manner from Manager, Support Center and customers
- Travel as needed to meet customer needs
Travel
- Area: IN, IL, MO, KY, TN
- These are the major markets but there may be service and sales requirements in neighboring states.
- Travel will be required to other nearby states to assist or manage until the territory is appropriately staffed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for serving the customer
- Solid sales skills with proven results
- Basic understanding of financials
- Strong leadership management, planning and organizational skills
- Healthcare medical gas experience or similar preferred
- Must show commitment to the company's core beliefs of integrity, safety and customer service
Compensation
- This position has four components to compensation:
- Base salary
- Commission based on a percentage of Net Profit Margin, per MTA commission policy, on all sales made directly by Regional Manager
- Commission override based on a percentage of Net Profit Margin, per MTA commission plan on all sales made by your direct report sales representatives.
- Bonus eligible based on EBITDA (profit) growth
