Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on site Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus
