By interacting with both new and existing accounts, our new colleague will position the Emerson portfolio as the first choice for customers and establish a solid long-term relationship to build profitable business growth. They will travel frequently in the designated area, occasionally in CEE region to build relationships with additional branches/offices of the assigned accounts.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide dedicated customers facing focus and develop sales and growth strategies in the defined territory to achieve and exceed bookings and growth targets ensuring consistency with Branson strategies.
- Actively visit new and existing customers to promote the entire solution portfolio and services and seek out new opportunities for business. Monitor the marketplace and gather intelligence to identify early opportunities in the designated territory and devise strategies to maximize success.
- Follow strategic goals and initiatives to build credibility for yourself and the company, forge strong relationships and acquire an insider's perspective on the customer's business to drive adoption of the portfolio.
- Maintain cooperation with the existing sales force and business development team across all BUs to find and use cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide competitive, technical, and commercial input for each proposal and support in the proposal process. Cooperates on product selection and technical application for customer
- Active usage of sales productivity tools like CRM, CPQ, delivering an accurate order forecast and following opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree or equivalent experience in an engineering/technical related field. Focus on plastic materials, plastics technology, plastic joining as an advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B sales.
- Proven ability to develop and implement Sales Plans and to achieve strong results.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel (around 60-70% of the time)
- Valid driving license is a must
- Fluent in English Language
